Parenting → philosophy

Parentastic parenting is based on solid scientific research taken from the field of developmental psychology.  In the past decade, a fantastic wealth of new resources and insights have been discovered, particularly in the field of neurobiological science.

Parentastic follows the philosophy of attachment parenting for infant and early childhood care, and democratic parenting for middle-childhood and adolescence.

We very much believe in Dr Thomas Gordon’s vision of the parent-child relationship, as described in A credo for my relationship with others.
